Terms of Use and Purchase

These Terms apply to the Laptop Money website, our Payhip storefront, and digital resources provided by Think Digital LLC (“Laptop Money,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Please review these Terms before purchasing or downloading our materials.
Our products
Laptop Money provides educational digital resources, including PDF guides, session cards, trackers, AI prompts, and bundles.
Our products include Tonight’s Session, The 45-Minute Builder, and The Night Shift Prompt Vault. Each listing describes the materials included.
Unless expressly stated, purchases do not include coaching, custom work, consulting, or ongoing support beyond assistance with your order and file access.
Prices and payment
The checkout shows the applicable price, currency, and taxes before you complete your order.
Products advertised as one-time purchases do not create a recurring subscription. Optional add-ons are charged only when you select them.
Prices may change for future purchases. A later price change does not alter a completed order.
Digital delivery
Our products are digital downloads. No physical goods will be shipped.
Files are provided through our delivery system after successful payment or completion of a free-download request. You are responsible for providing a correct email address and having compatible software to open the files.
If you cannot access a purchase, email hello@laptopmoney.co.
Save a backup of your files. Lifetime hosting, future updates, and compatibility with every device are not promised unless specifically included in the listing.
Thirty-day refund policy
If a paid product is not right for you, request a refund within thirty calendar days of purchase.
Email hello@laptopmoney.co with your order email address and order number or receipt. You do not need to complete the exercises or demonstrate a particular result.
This policy applies to individual products, add-ons, and bundles:
- An eligible individual-product or add-on refund covers the amount paid for that item.
- An eligible bundle refund covers the entire bundle purchase.
- A refunded add-on does not cancel a separately purchased product.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. The time required for funds to appear depends on your payment provider.
After a refund, stop using and delete the refunded materials. You may retain your independently created original work.
Requests outside the thirty-day period are reviewed for delivery problems, defective files, and other circumstances requiring a remedy under applicable law.
This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights, including applicable cancellation or withdrawal rights.
License and permitted use
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials yourself.
You may work through the exercises and use the prompts to develop your own original products, including products you intend to sell. This does not grant ownership of Laptop Money’s materials or override third-party rights and platform terms.
Unless we give separate written permission, you may not:
- Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly upload our files.
- Share purchase access or download links with others.
- Repackage our guides, session cards, trackers, or prompt collections as your own product.
- Include our materials in another course, membership, or resale bundle.
You may print copies for your own use. No private-label rights or master resale rights are included unless expressly stated.
Educational purpose and results
Our materials teach a process for creating and listing digital products. They do not guarantee sales, income, profitability, or business success.
References to 45-minute sessions or a 14-session workflow describe the intended structure. Your completion time depends on your starting point, scope, effort, interruptions, and third-party platform requirements.
Examples do not establish expected earnings. Our resources are not individualized legal, tax, financial, or other professional advice.
AI output and third-party services
You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated output for accuracy, originality, usefulness, and compliance before publishing or selling it.
You must have permission to use any third-party text, images, templates, or other content included in your finished product.
AI tools, design software, and selling platforms operate independently of Laptop Money. Their features, free plans, fees, and terms may change. References to them do not imply affiliation or endorsement.
Acceptable use
You may not use our website or materials for fraud, unlawful activity, infringement, unauthorized distribution, or interference with our services.
We may take proportionate action to address misuse, including restricting access where permitted by law.
Responsibility and limitations
We are responsible for supplying products as described and meeting obligations imposed by applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for speculative business losses, lost profits, or outcomes arising from your business decisions, inaccurate AI output, or changes to third-party services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer protections.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how Think Digital LLC handles personal information associated with our website, purchases, downloads, and communications.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms for future use and purchases. The version in effect when you purchase governs that purchase unless a change is legally required or you agree otherwise.
